I purchased After The Bomb 2nd Edition a while ago. It impressed me greatly as a rule and was well worth the price and all, but some bits just didn't jive for me. Anyway, this section will be down until I decide whether any rewrites to my house rules are in order in light of the additions to the BIO-E system.
