Flora used to be one of the snobby valley girls, and was even Rebbecca's biggest antagonist in her adolescence. When she turned teen however, she apparently developed a mind of her own, and started using words, preferably ones longer than six letters. Having lost all her friends, Rebbecca sees the broken-sprited girl and makes friends with her.

Now Rebbecca's best friend, Flora joined the Shackers to find acceptance. She's still a bit young at heart, so she has some confusion to what is happening to her body and mind, and constant taunts from Satch doesn't make her life any easier, she is quite vocal towards Satch's butt-smackings and skirt-lifts, but deep down inside she likes the attention. Flora's biggest asset is that she comes from a rich, and fortunately dumb, family, through which she can wire all the Shackers' financial needs. She also has a knack for computer programming and internet hacking. Her biggest goal in life is to find out what her goal is in life.
